I bring a unique blend of cultural experiences and technical skills to the table having grown up in Mumbai and being trained in Indian classical dance (Kathak) for more than 7 rigorous years. I developed a keen eye for detail, storytelling, rhythm, communication and creative problem solving which is evoked through my designs.

I am passionate about the design community.
I was a Conference Associate at the sold-out 2023 AIGA Design Conference in NYC, an experience that made me hopeful for my career in design. I had the opportunity to listen to and speak with legendary creatives as they shared their experiences navigating the industry. Meeting the Pentagram partners during the launch of their limited-edition publication 'Living by Design' was so inspiring. I also led a group of attendees to the Cooper Hewitt Museum for a guided tour of the 'Designs of Dorothy Liebes' exhibition, where I learned the significance of textile design. The experience concluded with a hands-on tote bag screen printing activity with Pepsi x AIGA.
I enjoy being a part of building communities.
I was invited to the very first TypeThursday Atlanta chapter event in June 2024. I enjoyed it so much that I signed up to volunteer, and together we organized 10 events that created a sense of belonging in the heart of Atlanta and a space for creatives to connect outside of college and work. Through this experience, I learned how meaningful it is to build community, foster collaboration, and bring people together around shared passions.
I love learning and growing alongside my peers.
My journey with AIGA began in school, where I served as Vice President from 2022 to 2023, hosting events and activities to strengthen the design community at SCAD. We organized everything from sticker design workshops and poster competitions to logo redesign sprints, creative conversations and pizza parties with lots of games. This experience taught me the power of collaboration and leadership and solidified my desire to contribute to the design community in meaningful ways.
I enjoy giving back in meaningful ways.
Having learned about the AIGA Atlanta Student Board during an AIGA happy hour, I volunteered for their sold-out student Pin-Up Challenge. Having participated in the event myself, I was proud to see the judges recognize one of my favorite projects with a pink sticky note that said “nice die cut”. It was a great event to attend with my peers and get a glimpse of networking in the real world and fostering strong connections beyond the classroom.
